The team was commissioned to repurpose the existing Pekan Rabu into a hub for young entrepreneurs. Inspired from Inodestri in Jakarta, the original proposal called IN.Plus is a home for startup, inventors and retailers. The components includes co working space, maker space, digital lab, food court, retail spaces and startup offices.
