A comprehensive refurbishment of a dilapidated campus into a contemporary institutional complex comprising an administrative office, student center, multi-purpose function hall, sports hall, and daycare facility. The design repositions the site as a progressive and inclusive hub for youth development, serving the YPJ community and broader Johor-based organizations through purposeful spatial reinvention.
